Barn weddings with Mount Rainier as your backdrop
Four ceremony settings, a cedar barn for the celebration, and a private cottage to get ready in. One wedding per day, so the whole farm is yours.
Ceremony
Four settings, one view
Pick your favorite spot, then pick a backup, because Mother Nature always gets a vote. Every option is included with your rental.
The Meadow
Our signature ceremony. Guests sit in the open meadow, and Mount Rainier rises right behind you. Use our wooden arbor or bring your own to frame the mountain.

The Open Patio
When recent rain leaves the meadow soft, the patio beside the barn gives you solid ground with Rainier still in the background. Some couples choose it outright for the easy flow into cocktail hour.

The Covered Patio
Our rain plan for couples who want to stay outdoors without a room changeover. Guests and the wedding party stay dry under the roof, and the valley stays in view.

Indoors in the Barn
For heavy rain, wind, or cold. Your reception tables are fully set with linens, centerpieces, and place settings and staged along the sides of the barn. While guests enjoy cocktail hour on the covered patio, our team moves everything into place, usually in 20 to 40 minutes depending on your guest count.

Cocktail hour
Room to mingle, inside or out
The covered patio and lawn give guests space to spread out while you take photos. Add lawn games, a coffee cart, or a satellite bar for cocktail hour. Our wide gravel drive brings food trucks, photo buses, and mobile bars, from vintage horse-trailer setups to dessert trucks, right up to the party.

The reception barn
Built in 2020 for exactly this
Cedar walls, wrought-iron chandeliers, string-lit posts, and a loft with a black-iron staircase overlooking the dance floor. We kept it simple and modern so it suits any style.

Round or long tables
Mix round tables and long banquet rows in one layout. We set up our own tables and chairs and break them down at the end of the night.

A built-in cedar bar
Ready for your bartender, signature drinks, or a lemonade station.

A loft above the floor
A quiet spot for signing your marriage license, and the best angle for photos of the whole room.

Trusted vendors
Choose your caterer, bartender, and DJ from our preferred vendor list. Want to dance on clouds or add cold sparks? Our preferred DJ, More Than Just Music, offers both.

A kitchen for your caterer
3-basin sink, ice machine, commercial cooler, warming cabinet, and a large stainless prep island, steps from the barn doors. Caterers get their own vendor parking right behind the bridal cottage.

Real restrooms inside the barn
No portable toilets. Separate restrooms sit just off the main entrance, with farmhouse sinks and cedar-framed mirrors.

Getting ready
The bridal cottage
The whole cottage is yours for the day. Two getting-ready rooms, one for each side of the wedding party, plus a shared living room and full kitchen for snacks, last-minute touches, and pre-ceremony photos.
There are two restrooms, too: a large one attached to the bride's room, and a second just across the hall from the groom's room.
It's the perfect place to hide away while guests arrive and settle in, and close enough that you never miss the action.
Portrait spots
Places to wander for portraits
Beyond the meadow and its mountain view, your photographer can walk you through the tall meadow grass, down the mowed path along the tree line, behind the barn, over the wooden footbridge on the creek, and into the cedar and fern grove. After dark, the glowing barn does the rest, rain or shine.
Your rental includes the barn, the bridal cottage, the covered patio, and the venue grounds around them. The rest of the farm is our family's home and Christmas tree fields, so those areas stay private. We'll show you exactly where you can roam on your tour.

Every season
Summer sun, fall color, winter glow
We host weddings year-round. Outdoor ceremonies run May through mid-October, and the barn's in-floor radiant heat keeps winter celebrations warm.

Summer
Long evenings, clear views of the mountain, and ceremonies in the meadow.

Fall
Golden trees, dahlias and pumpkins, and Rainier often wearing fresh snow.

Winter
Snowy portraits on the farm, cozy celebrations in the barn under the chandeliers, and a Christmas tree farm right outside.

Up to 300 guests for the ceremony and reception. The Covered Patio holds up to 200.

Outdoor ceremonies are hosted May 1 through October 15, weather permitting. If weather calls for it, your ceremony moves to the Covered Patio or inside the barn. Just let us know your final location 48 hours before your rental begins.
Can we choose our own vendors?
Caterers, bartenders, and entertainment come from our preferred vendor list. Photographers, florists, hair and makeup artists, and similar vendors are completely your choice, and we're happy to make recommendations.
